Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan on security activities
This Law regulates the relations arising during the implementation of non-state (private) security activities in the Republic of Azerbaijan, determines its legal bases, principles and tasks, as well as the relationships of subjects of non-state (private) security activities with state bodies.

The Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan on Non-State (Private) Environmental Activities, regulated by Order No. 212 of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of April 22, 2007 “On Regulating Relations in the Sphere of Non-State (Private) Security Activities and Organization of Control over this Case” only after receiving a special consent (license).
